PIP (Performance Improvement Programs)

Dynamic Results uses our “PIP” technology to rapidly formulate strategic plans for “problem” employees. For a flat fee the firm conducts a one-hour interview with the supervisor and composes a written strategic plan including specific goals and consequences to review with the employee. We also extract how the supervisor should change behavior so as to no longer contribute to a non-productive scenario.
