OUR NEW STRATEGIC ALLIANCE WITH TAYLOR WINFIELD

Dynamic Results’ international mission is to enhance each client’s ability to survive and flourish in this extremely challenging environment. We accomplish this by helping to implement better business strategies and by continually developing executive talent for increased performance and retention. Over the years we have often been asked to recommend an executive recruiter. We were never comfortable with recommending anyone . . . until now.
Taylor Winfield is a premier recruiting firm serving their international clients by finding superior executive talent in the shortest possible time. In 2008 they placed over 60 executives and were often asked to recommend an executive coaching organization. They had a similar hesitancy in making a referral. A few of their placements were into our clients’ organizations. This is how we discovered each other.
We found our strengths to be a natural fit. Our combined expertise will serve in locating, assessing, placing, developing, and retaining the best talent the marketplace has to offer.
Dynamic Results will use cognitive and non-cognitive testing along with behavioral interviews and deliver a proprietary report that gives the hiring company deep insight into each candidate’s potential.
