Lance Descourouez

Lance Descourouez is a senior associate with Dynamic Results, specializing in organizational assessment, multinational team-building and meeting facilitation, cross-cultural communication, technology transfer, international leadership and conflict management. Lance is an internationally recognized business consultant and executive coach and has more than 20 years of training and consulting experience in 33 countries.

His experience also includes working extensively with small- to medium-sized companies with his work as Chairman with Vistage (www.vistage.com). In addition to his work with individuals and groups in the US he has experience consulting, training and coaching foreign national executives. These clients have included senior directors, governmental accountants, chemical engineers, design engineers, aerospace engineers, and petroleum engineers as well as marketing and sales executives.

Lance holds a Master of Arts degree in Cross-Cultural Psychology from The American University, Washington, DC and a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from The American University/National Training Labs, Washington, DC.

In addition, Lance is a published author, adjunct professor, and celebrated key note speaker on such topics such as Global Leadership, International Dimensions of Organization Development, Managing Multinational Teams and Cross-cultural Business Practices.
