As a senior associate with Dynamic Results, Barbra specializes in executive coaching and team development. Her recent engagements include GlaxoSmithKline, Sandia National Labs and Presbyterian Healthcare.
Barbra’s focus is on developing opportunities out of challenges, and helping her clients to become more effective in their current roles while preparing them for their next level.
In the course of conducting team and skill-building workshops Barbra assists each member by honing their individual focus and identifying each of their potential contributions. This builds strong commitments to shared goals, develops increasingly productive team processes and establishes clear communication lines.
Barbra’s education includes an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Communication from the University of New Mexico. She has served as an adjunct faculty member for the Anderson School of Management at UNM. She is a past President of the New Mexico Chapter of The International Coach Federation and also a Professional Certified Coach. In addition she is a graduate of Coach University’s two-year Coach Training Program.
Among the tools Barbra utilizes are a variety of customized 360 Feedback instruments, including Executive Dimensions from the Center for Creative Leadership and Leadership Effectiveness Analysis from the Management Research Group.
Barbra enjoys a wide variety of outdoor activities and lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico with her husband Jim.
